Frequently Asked Questions

What to expect on your initial visit

Once you make an appointment at our office the new patient paperwork will be emailed to you to fill out before your initial visit. If you are unable to complete the paperwork at home or do not have internet access, you will be asked to come to your appointment 30 minutes early to complete the paperwork.

Day 1

The initial exam will be completed on day 1, including any x-rays that might be needed (we have in house x-rays offered for your convenience). The initial exam will take approximately 1.5-2 hours and will likely be the most through exam you have ever had. You will then schedule your report of findings so that the doctor can go over all the exam findings and what your treatment options are.

Day 2

On day 2 you will be presented with your report of findings. You will receive an outline with all of your exam findings, as well as the treatment plan options that are tailored to you. The report of findings also includes your financial plan that will lay out what your estimated insurance coverage will be as well as payment plans for those individuals who will not be utilizing insurance in our office. The report of findings takes approximately 45 minutes and then you have the option of starting treatment that day or scheduling for another day.

What does a typical treatment consist of?

A typical treatment visit in our office is approximately 30-45 minutes. The treatment is based on the patient’s initial exam and is specific to each individual. A treatment visit could include: chiropractic adjustments (spinal and extremity), vestibular rehabilitation, Active Release Techniques (myofacial release), corrective exercise, traction, or aromatherapy. All of these therapies are performed in a unique way to strengthen weak areas of the brain and bring balance back to the nervous system.

Are your clients referred to you?

Most of our new clients are referred to us by excited patients who have experienced great results. Since we are specialists we also receive numerous requests from all kinds of health care practitioners:

  • chiropractors
  • medical doctors
  • physical/occupational therapists
  • acupuncturists
  • nutritionists
Do you work with insurance?

We are network providers for Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, but we accept most insurances and do the billing for you. We can also provide you with a "super-bill" if you wish to submit to your own insurance. Some of the treatment procedures we use are cutting-edge and simply are not billable to any insurance company.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes. We accept Visa and MasterCard. You may also pay by cash or check.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! There are several plan options available. Your available options will be discussed when your treatment plan recommendations are presented.
